Time Out for Moms and Kids


This group is designed for Moms of younger kids to meet for Bible study and fellowship while their children enjoy supervised playtime.  We will use the Biblically based parenting program, Mom to Mom.  This study is for any mother who may feel isolated, overwhelmed, intimidated by information overload or who might feel insignificant in her role as a parent.  It will  teach and encourage younger women in their relationships with their husbands and children.  You'll see growth not only in your parenting skills but also in your wholeness as a woman intellectually, relationally and spiritually.  

 Topics include:  

~ How to be a Mother and a Person Too

~Fences and Flexibility: Setting Limits with Love

~What Messages are our Kids Getting?

~Wonder Woman or Woman of Worth

~A Christian Home:  What Is It and How Do you get it?

Time out for Moms and Kids will meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 10am-12pm.  There is a small fee of $2/Child/Week for supervised playtime.
